Iraj is really upset these days as his song ‘ Mata Aalokaya Geandewi’ has been fined a Rs. 100, 000, 000 due to counterfeit of the song. Iraj says that this song is inspired by an Indian movie later dubbed into Sinhala called ‘ aiyyai malli’ however he had taken and signed necessary legal documents with Thissa Nagodawithana.
Iraj is in fact surprised about this legal controversy. It being a very old song had brought controversy recently. Iraj blames the professionals in the industry as it’s a plot in blocking the rise of upcoming stars. ---------------------------------------------------- -->
