Rookantha and Chandralekah will be performing this year on the 11th of August at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium, just like 2009, this will be another family event.
Their daughter Raini says that she’ll be performing her own songs and not her moms and dad’s; she’s been criticized before of not having a voice like her mom’s.
In an interview recently she said that she’s not planning to depend on her parent’s songs unlike some singers who live on their parent’s fame.
Raini ( 21 years) future aspiration is to be a pilot. She’s also given a little hint about her boyfriend, a Sri Lankan chap; she’s planning to get married by 25.
