Jagath Benaragama will soon be popular for his character in the movie ‘Preethi Roo’ directed by Doctor Kapila Krishantha Sooriyaarachcui . Kapila Krishantha won the Best Upcoming Director award at an awarding ceremony conducted in Huston America, Jagath’s name was also nominated as the best actor.
Unconfirmed sources say that this movie was legendary actor Jo Abeywickrama’s final movie before his death.
This movie also features popular actress Malini Fonseka.
Jagath has gone through boundaries, and got a satisfactory amount of fame for his talent, His recovery after a major accident which caused him severe facial injuries is appraisable.
